A pretty nice low-power server cpu from 2015. It supports up to 32GB of DDR3 and DDR3L ECC ram. It has 128MB of "eDRAM" which is "eDRAM (embedded DRAM) is a capacitor-based dynamic random-access memory integrated on the processor die."
